Your Right To Cancel Your Order
Orders cancelled before delivery will be refunded in full.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide you with the right to cancel your order for goods purchased from our web store within 7 working days beginning the day after you receive delivery of the goods.
Should you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within that 7 working day period and we will refund the value of the goods that you purchased by crediting the original purchaser's credit card within 30 days of receiving back the goods. Look for your refund - note that any such credits will appear on your credit card statement as Mrs Claire Fuller trading as Babymule.
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us as soon as possible and you are responsible for the original shipping cost and for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. The merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging (where available), components, instructions, and warranty material. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Make sure you pack the merchandise securely, include a packing slip clearly identifying your name, address, post code, contact telephone number and e-mail address where appropriate. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:
